Precast Concrete Pipe

These pipes are designed and manufactured with an internal diameter of 700 to 1000 millimeters for use in urban water and sewage industries. They are currently being used in Qazvin and neighboring provinces with the highest technical standards. High quality raw materials, advanced technology, modern engineering knowledge and machines are used in production of this product.

Product dimensions

of production pipes are in 5 sizes: 700, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 (internal diameter of the pipe in millimeters). Also, these products are produced in 2 different classes ( C-3, C-4 ). The higher class has a larger rebar volume. The following table shows the manufactured products and the map of each product in order of measurement and rebar quantities.

Technical specifications of the rebars used in the pipe product

In the production of the pipe product, ribbed rebars No. 8 are used. In the following, some technical specifications and chemical elements in the used rebars are mentioned.
